If you are anything like me, you may be starting to get a little anxious about summer (not only because the kids are home ALL day), but because that also means you need to find more activities to do. Which sometimes means spending more money! Summer is a big heavy hitter on our budget if we don't plan ahead because we are always wanting to go out and do activities as a family. However, I'm a BIG believer in the fact that you don't have to spend a ton of money to have fun as a family.
Luckily, there are plenty of local resources on the web, that focus on Utah and make it easy to find fun (and sometimes free) activities without having to do all the footwork.
Here are some of my favorite sites to find activities for families in Utah:
Coupons 4 Utah
Weekly inexpensive ideas for events and activities posted on Wednesday's and news about various things to do throughout the week.
Utah's Adventure Family
Real life experiences of Utah outdoors that includes hiking and places to visit.
The Salt Project
Reviews of activities in Utah
I obviously post about activities to do in Utah too, but I can't cover it all. The women that run these blogs I mentioned are amazing and spend so much time doing what they do so we can all benefit!
Here are some more direct resources for family fun in Utah at discounted rates:
