Commonly Asked Questions:
1. How come the 35% coupon is not coming off, or how come this deal is not working? Answer: Check that you are the the primary Prime account holder on your account. If you are not, you are not eligible to get this deal. You probably know them, so ask if you can get it through their login. 🙂 Also, be aware that Amazon student prime accounts are not eligible for these deals.
2. How do I set my new Prime trial to not renew, so I won’t be charged $99? Go to “your account” then “your prime membership.” Select cancel membership. It will not renew and charge you, but you can still use the Amazon prime benefits for 30 days.
3. How do I cancel my diaper subscription after it comes? Since this is a one time deal, and you will be charged regular price on your next subscription of the diapers, make sure to go in and cancel after they come. To do this, go to “your account” and then “my subscribe and save” then scroll over your diapers and click “cancel subscription.” It’s as easy as that! No obligation to continue getting it. And you just have to cancel once. When you cancel it, it’s cancelled for good, until you choose to subscribe again.
4. Why don’t I see the price I signed up to pay in my subscribe and save orders? Answer: The price you signed up to pay is not reflected in your subscribe and save account. Go to “your account” and then “your orders” to see what price you will be paying.
